When I came in unannouced this morning and told Mario my car had some issues starting, he listened carefully, analyzed the situation, explained what they would do and quickly arranged my ride home less than 15 minutes after I got there. An hour or so later, he called, told me the diagnosis, plan, and cost and then called back earlier than he said he would and to say it was all ready. All in all, it was an amazingly painless car repair experience that could have ruined an otherwise busy day of shuttling kids to and fro. Mario is terrific!

Clean facility, courteous staff, job done in a timely manner, on time for a set time. I may have to drive into town to have my car serviced here after I move to Cypress. Will really miss then,

Master Car Care has consistantly provided a fast, friendly and repectful service. As a woman that knows her car, I have many repair shops try to take me for a ride. This repair shop gives you the facts straight and honest, no trying to sell me more than I need. I appreciate the refreshingly honest and attentive customer care.

I went in to Master Car Care because my dealership told me I needed new front struts which they said would cost me well over $1000. You can imagine how happy I was when MCC told me that I actually didn't need any. They could have very easily told me otherwise and taken my money. Their honesty was greatly appreciated and now they have another loyal customer.

I thought that the pricing of the work performed was reasonable. I feel confident that they did a thorough check up of my vehicle as advertised and made necessary repairs. My car hasn't run this well in quite some time. I will be back.

I'm handier around a computer than I am under the hood, so when my wife's van started overheating I knew I had to find help. On the way back from vacation, we had to drive with the heat on to circulate the water to keep the car cool. We had to go with the windows down and no AC so as to not cook the engine. It had coolant but was overheating and I had just had the oil changed so I didn't know what to do. Mario and Ruben figured out that the radiator was clogged and had to be replaced. Now my family rolls in comfort and I can go back to my computer. Thanks Master Car Care!
