Kevin stands behind service provided even if it is a warranty issue and provides additional services needed at the same time to help the customer with their busy schedule not to mention fair and reasonable. Not a theft like a lot of auto repair places trying to make extra money for unnecessary repairs at a dealer price. Have been using them for about 18 years now.
Blaise said this business charged him a tenth of what he was expecting to pay and the service was the best he's ever had. He stated Kevin was really friendly and he felt comfortable going to them for service.
Richard said the day after having his vehicle serviced, the radiator hose came off. An employee from the business came out right away and fixed it within 5 minutes. Now everything is just fine. Overall, it was a good experience.
I have been totally satisfied with the service I've received at Sheridan Auto Tech. I have been informed of what is needed, the cost, and the time needed for the work. My questions have been answered helpfully. All employees with whom I've talked have been polite and friendly. Also, for checks that didn't require work, I was not charged. I believe that nothing unnecessary was done. This has been greatly appreciated.
