This was the first time I have been there because I live in Lafayette. However my father is near Rosedale and he has a 2004 Highlander that needed service. Brandon was always incredibly polite, understanding and answered all of my questions. It was a great value and they were so efficient. I appreciated the explanations for the service that was done and the phone call with it was finished. I will definitely return!

I bought a new car last year and decided to use Don’s for all my services. I’ve had negative experiences in the past with other shops as a woman going by myself. I’ve always been charged for things I didn’t need or told I need extra services that I didn’t need. I’ve never had this issue at Don’s. They’re always polite, to the point, and quick. I will never take my car anywhere else!
