I recently took my car to Don's Service Centre with several issues, including a missing fire, engine light ON, loss of power, exhaust leak, clicking rear passenger side, steering shaking, and an e-brake problem. While the service I received was great, I have to give special recognition to my service advisor, Branden. Branden was an exceptional advisor who went above and beyond to ensure that my car was well taken care of. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and always kept me in the loop about the progress of my repairs. He listened carefully to my concerns and addressed them with the utmost care and attention to detail. While the repairs did take almost a week to complete, Branden made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. He provided detailed explanations of the work that was being done, as well as the cost and timeline for completion. The customer service at Don's was excellent overall, but Branden's exceptional service truly stood out. He made a stressful situation much more manageable and left me feeling confident that my car was in good hands. However, I did find their service to be expensive. While I understand that quality work comes at a price, I was a bit surprised at the final bill. That being said, the work that was done on my car was thorough and professional, and I feel confident that it was money well spent. Overall, I would highly recommend Don's Service Centre, and I would specifically recommend working with Branden. His expertise and excellent customer service make him an asset to the team, and I will definitely be returning for any future auto repair needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! By far the most outstanding customer service I have ever had, anywhere. I was recommended by another mechanic to go to Don’s when I took my car in for a diagnostic test and they discovered my 2017 Ford Escape was leaking coolant. I was originally told my water pump needed replaced and it was going to be $1,500-$1,900 to repair it. Every place I called for estimates told me $1,600-$1,900. Don’s told me it would be a little under $1,500. They never tried to overcharge me. I am a 23 year old woman and was worried to go to a mechanic because I’ve been treated like I was stupid before and had other mechanics try to convince me to pay for things I didn’t need done. This was not the case with Don’s. I was treated with respect and was informed on every single thing that was going to be done to my vehicle and they kept me updated throughout the process. They told me the exact cost I would be paying before I dropped it off. After they had my vehicle, they realized it wasn’t my water pump that was leaking but a hose that went to multiple things that needed replaced. They ran multiple tests on my vehicle to be absolutely sure. My total ended up only being $437. They had to keep my vehicle longer due to needing to order a completely different part. They finished it but said they wanted to keep it until the next morning/early afternoon so they could drive it again and double check their work. They never tried to up-charge me due to the repairs being $1000 less than what they originally estimated. They also discovered that part of my coolant issue was due to a recall that some of the Ford vehicles have on their transmissions due to the EcoBoost engines. They researched it and discovered that this repair will be covered by Ford due to an extended warranty and they provided me with all of the information I needed explaining this recall and the severity of the repair. They gave me paperwork to take to Ford and said if Ford had any questions about the work they performed at Don’s, that Ford could call them and they would speak with them. I will be a lifelong customer at Don’s! I will be returning here for any other repairs I ever have and have been recommending them to others already. I highly recommend coming here!!

I love Don's Service Center and won't take my vehicles anywhere else in Terre Haute! The are always very honest and straight forward about any work being done. They don't try to up sell you on things you don't need and only fix what needs fixed. Their work is 2nd to none! Ive actually had things come back lower than the estimate when they were finished! Jason is the man up front! Very nice and always remembers my name and greets me when I walk through the door. I'm not sure how he does it when he sees so many people on a daily. If you are in need of service or repairs don't take your vehicle anywhere else! You'll thank me later!!!
