I am Very pleased with Dons service center they are pros! and back up the work they do. I have dealt with Dons competitors that advertise similar service and support after the job is done but I must say Dons is truly the best service I've experienced in terre haute thank you!

Our old van broke down on the way back home to NY after a long road trip, and we couldn't have been towed to a better place! Jason went above and beyond staying in constant contact with us about what was happening. They worked really hard to ensure that we were back on the road safely and home in time for work. Everyone was respectful, honest, and friendly, and the prices are fair. They also have a courtesy shuttle that brought us back and forth from the hotel. This was the best mechanic experience we've had. We're very grateful to you all!

The job took longer than they said it would, but they didn't charge me for the extra labor. They kept me informed with what they were doing to my car, they were always polite, and they explained things about my car I would want to keep an Ion but were not needing attention Immediately.
