I won’t take my vehicle anywhere other than Don’s. They’re honest and upfront about what needs to be fixed now, can wait a while, and doesn’t need to be worked on. I have 2 daughters and I send them there too because I know they won’t be taken advantage of. Don’t waste your time and money. Just go to Don’s.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Don's service center from the person at the desk to the mechanic. They only repaired or replaced what needed to be fixed. They did not try to sell or do more than my car needed. I appreciate that!

I've been a Don's customer for many years now. The first time I used them was back when I needed to replace my 2006 Chevy Colorado's transmission when it died right after a really bad winter one year. They swapped the dead transmission with one from Jasper Engines & Transmissions. In all honesty, I can't remember the exact year, but I *think* it was about 7 or 8 years ago. On top of that, they just replaced the engine for the same truck from the same supplier last week from the time in which this review was written. I've also used them to do many other less-intensive things, from basic maintenance like oil changes to various kinds of troubleshooting (i.e. - finding a piece of broken-off air filter that somehow finds its way into my throttle body causing a limp mode). I can't say enough good stuff about Don's. Their team is top notch. They keep customers updated, order good parts while trying to avoid unnecessary parts to save the customer money, and their mechanics are fantastic, too, because I've never had a single situation where work was done in a bad way or that made me suspect that they didn't do their due diligence with anything between start and finish. I've never had a bad situation with them ever. The new transmission they replaced is still going strong--no problems at all--and I couldn't be happier with the engine they just installed: it runs *flawlessly.* It's also got a 3-year / 100k mile warranty to keep things going, which is fantastic. If you need someone in the area who's honest and that you can trust to fix your vehicle, go with these guys! They have a free shuttle service, too. Not many places exist in our region who do as good a job as Don's does and I think we're pretty fortunate to have access to them.

Have an older classic that most can't work on. Don's handled it at a fair price in good time. Will go back in the future.
