Mike, I wanted to address your review and clear up some misinformation you may have had regarding your visit with us. Your 2008 Volvo C30 was brought in for an oil leak concern and check engine light. We found that the oil leak is coming from up high on the engine at either the camshaft seals or possibly the headgasket. This engine is a 5 cylinder that requires special tooling to service either area and since we do not have those special tools we had to pass on going any further with disassembly to pinpoint the exact cause of the leak. It was not because the Technician did not want to do the work as you stated in your review. If your car was more common we would invest in the tools but it truthfully does not make financial sense to do so for our business. I know my Service Advisor was speaking directly to your Wife and possibly some information was not presented clearly causing you to think we were not interested in making this repair. I hope that this clears up the situation, we never back down from difficult work if we can perform the repairs properly at our shop. Thanks for your time, Don
