Excellent service, friendly, prompt, polite. Communicated with me very step of the way. A bit pricey, but I can deal with that for good work, and it's tough to find someone local to work on my Mini. (small note: I went in for an "engine light" which they fixed quickly, but within 12 hours of getting it back, I had a "low tire" warning. I guess I just thought I might have gotten a quick 'once over', but again - not why I took it in) I would highly recommend Don's. The communication with me was top notch, they were professional and VERY courteous, and I felt like they were efficient and effective.

We've used Don's in the past and they've always been great, hence why we keep going back. Great customer service, great work, and they really take what they do seriously. I wish all places could be so reliable.

Always receive great service from Don's. They take the time to explain your issue so you understand what is going on with your vehicle and how they're fixing it.

I've been to Don's in the past and had a good experience. When our car just stopped and we had it towed to Don's Service center. We were told it would be about 2 weeks before it would be looked at. We had no choice but to wait. I got a call less than 2 weeks from the time we took it in, all fixed. We have been offered rides home when the shuttle driver was not on duty. They call after a diagnosis to determine what the customer wants to do. I highly recommend Don's service center.
