I had an overall great experience. The customer service was like no other as well as the resources they had available to their customers. I explained my car’s problem, a leak in the water pump, and they got right on giving me an estimate for the necessary parts as well as others that may have been damaged from this issue that most people don’t think about. I received an estimate same day and was able to schedule my appointment quickly with no hassle. I only give a 4.5 because the first water pump they ordered turned out to be wrong which left me without a car for longer than I was expecting. I still would return and have them work on my car 100%.
