I am a busy litigation attorney. I do not have time for the "fun and games" that many car care businesses tend to engage in these days. After ALWAYS taking my 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE to dealerships for service, I decided to give Master Car Care a try for 2 reasons: (1) great reviews on the internet; (2) the Toyota dealerships were full with "brake pedal recall" cars being repaired. I was totally blown away by my Master Car Care experience. A different repair facility (I won't use the name, but it rhymes with Hireschmone) told me that I needed new rotors because mine couldn't be machined. Master Car Care not only machined my old rotors, but saved me $100 in the process of doing so. The charge for my 90k maintenance package was a few hundred dollars less than the dealership. What impressed me even more than all of the foregoing is that maintenance to my vehicle was finished hours before their stated completion time. Also, when I arrived to pick my vehicle up, it had been washed, vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned, inside and out. Amazing, amazing service in this day and age. I will definitely be back for ALL of my car care needs.
