Very nice experience all the way around. Finally a oil change for only $19.95. NO hidden fees. No high pressure upsale for the dirty filter, High mileage oil etc. Just good old fashion friendly service with a great product. Was shown to me that my battery was in need of a touch up. (the battery post were filthy with blueish green crude and needed cleaning) A few extra bucks and the battery looks brand new. I asked a few other questions and they were happy to answer them and research why my check engine light was on at no charge. Great experience all the way around.
The dealer from which we purchased our BMW, wanted twice as much as Master Car Care for the 300000 mile service, they gave me a ride, kept me informed through out the visit and even washed my car. I will be back and so will family and friends.

When my car started making a funny noice I called my friend Mark Downs... He didn't studder when I asked where to go he said MASTER CAR CARE was the best. I was towed to your shop and STEVE proved mark right.. he was honest offered advice and suggestions that I know I wouldn't have gotten at other shops
I have been to Master Car Care for repair work before but the $19.99 oil change sign caught my eye. I was pleased with the quick work that was done even with someone ahead of me.
