My catalytic converter was stolen! Took my prius to Master Car Care and Ted and the team were nice and professional. I felt like they knew their stuff and they shared some valuable info with me. There was a backlog on parts so there was a delay, but they fixed it as soon as the part was available. Leaving my car at their shop pre- and post-repair was free, which was nice. Thank yall!
Don service center is always professional. I took a car in for a young lady because she needed it repaired to make it a safe driving vehicle. I asked them to inspect the vehicle and give me a list of what was wrong and their opinion on how we should start working on the vehicle. Another garage had given her a similar list and wanted her to start scheduling the almost $6000.00 in repairs that far exceeded the value of the car. Don's on the other hand give me a list of what was wrong and told me that the car honestly wasn't worth fixing she would be better off taking the money and buying another vehicle.
Dropped it off. They sent email and text with what needed to be done. I accepted and declined what I wanted and didn’t want done. It was easy and hassle free. I used them all the time.
