Collission repair driver side rear end
Great service; very accommodating; timely, cost was a little high, but mostly because of the parts.
I dropped my 2003 Matrix off after making an appoitment a few days in advance. I was called and told the estimated charges. I returned at the end of the day to pick upp the vehicle and everything had been done to my satisfaction. Easy in, easy out!
I've been a lifelong (well, since I got my driver's license) customer of RMS Automotive and was thrilled when I learned that they had opened a body shop, as I've had nothing but great service from RMS. I am very pleased to say that Master Car Care is as great as their "sister" company! Friendly service, great work...even gave my car a thorough washing (which was desperately needed), and started my car and turned on the AC while I was checking out so that I didn't have to drive home in a baking hot car. Terrific experience and would recommend them to anyone!
Master Car Care is my neighborhood shop. I return to them because Mario always takes care of me, and makes sure he is looking out for my needs and not just the bottom line.... and in turn, I keep returning with all my service needs. The most incredibly professional experience I've ever had with an auto repair business, including my experience with dealerships. I've used Master Auto for service in the past, but my recent experience was with their body shop. It is rare in any industry, to see management maintain such a unique commitment to quality of workmanship and exceptional customer service. I am extremely satisfied.
I have an older Honda Civic which I intend to have forever. The staff at Master Car Care treat each customer as if they have a Cadillac! The service provided is excellent and good value for money. What adds to the experience is the well thought out communication by email and by phone.
Took longer than expected but are satisfied with additional recommendations.
