Good to know that there are still honest repair shops out there. Job was done in a professional and timely manner. We are new customers, but will become regular customers of Master Car Care. We will gladly refer our family and friends to Master Car Care.

I called the shop a few days before, and spoke to Ruben to inquire about the price for a tune-up, but before Ruben responded, he ask what is the mileage on the vehicle, date and mileage of the last tune-up. I told him I did not have that information available, but will call back. I decided to do further research, and I just went to the shop, and ask for Ruben, because before calling him I had called several shops, and even went by one shop, and they gave me an outrageous price for a tune-up, and a date of when I can bring it in. The point is Master Car Care is not in the business of doing unnecessary repairs, and once the oil change was done, I ask if they could check my break lights, and they inspected the lights, replace the bulbs, and didn't charge for that service. I am so glad that I brought my vehicle to Master Car Care, once you go in they make you feel like family, and will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

My F150 truck needed some minor body work, and repair to warped roters. The Service and the Service Manager were great. They checked everything & did the work quickly and to a high standard. The price was very reasonable. A++ Highly recommended!

I first took my car to you when I made a donation to Child Advocates a couple of years ago, and received two free oil changes. Since that time, I've always receive prompt and courteous service at a reasonable price at Master Car Care, which is why I have continued to take my car there for oil changes and minor problems. When and if I have a major problem, I will feel confident to take my car to you. Your attitude of courtesy and conscientious service has created a loyal customer in me.

I went in for an oil change and was greeted at the door by Mario, who got the information he needed concerning my car and gave me an estimated time wait. He had a clean A/C waiting room with magazines, tv and coffee and their restrooms very clean. I was actually out of there within 30 minutes. They also checked plugs, belts tires etc...at no charge. What I really liked was that once the oil change was completed, he called me to the office and briefly told me a few things my car needed and that I could have them taken care of there that same day or when I was ready. He did not try and force me to let him do the work immediately. I will be back. Thank you Mario and thank your work staff.

You guys always do a great job on my car. It's old, but it's still going and I need it to be that way for awhile. Thanks for your great work and terrific service.
