Well, your facility is not as glitzy as the dealership's. Then again, you didn't try to rip me off to the tune of $400 like the dealership tried to do. I'll take honest service over glitz any day.

Like any other time, I received excellent service, I really am going to miss bringing my car there for service, they always treating me like family, I will missed them dearly, as I re-locate to Baton Rouge, LA. (wish I can take them with me)

From the minute we were greated at the door, until we drove off everyone made us feel welcomed and we were given a tour of the facilities, they have a hugh body shop where their guys work majgic to make car new again, you should see them work. I hope I never need them but if I do I know I'll be happy.

I came in a week or two ago needing a new oil pan gasket. Because of the nature of the repair I made arrangements to bring the car in at a later date. The day I chose was very busy, but the team really went above and beyond to not only handle the original repair but address another issue they found when they started the first repair. As the car is over ten eyars old with 125,000+ miles on it, I really appreciate their vigilgence. And, with my crazy schedule, I cannot thank the whole group enough for working so hard to get everything done today.
